What’s the big picture with house prices in Wiltshire?

Property prices in Wiltshire fell 1.1% over the past year, cutting £3,700 from the price of the typical home, according to our June 2024 House Price Index.

The fall is not reflected across the UK, where the average property price rose by 0.1% since June 2023.

The typical Wiltshire home is now worth £333,100, above the UK average house price of £265,600.

Over the past month, prices in Wiltshire have been static. But looking back over the last five years, the average property value has grown by 19.9%.
